Your list said no. That is where the money is.
For a business owner who built a list, sells at least one thing to it, and wants the second sale without a second product. Brad helps you build the downsell ladder in house, on the list you own, with your team running it and agents doing the sending. The call is to see whether he can help you do that; if so, we work out the right way to work together. Seats are few.
The ladder, as it runs on Brad's own funnels today
A free front door. A $97 pack. A $47 bump at checkout. The upgrade for the difference. The smaller ask after the no. Then a thank-you page that asks three questions: years in business, people on the team, the one thing you wish AI could do. Agents send every rung. On Brad's Meta account (API pull September 29, 2026, last 30 days) the cold lead magnets at the front door run $2 to $5 per lead, with no media buyer and no agency, and the best mid-funnel offer is close to 4x on ad spend: warm ads asking the second question before the list ever does. Brad's numbers: over $1M in revenue from AI so far, $100M client impact. The pattern the three questions found: every high-ticket buyer we have ever had was 5+ years, 5+ people, service-based.
The no is unsorted, not final. Nobody asked the second question.
You made one offer. Most of the list said no or never opened it, and you read that as dead. It is not dead; it is unsorted. A no to $97 is not a no to $50. The offers already exist; the order does not. You do not need a new product, you need the ones you have in a line, and agents send the next rung to each person based on what they just did.
Who this is for
- $1M a year at minimum. $5M to $50M with a team is where this works best.
- You own a list you built, and it gets one offer a quarter, or none.
- You have sold at least one thing to it and want the second sale without a second product.
- You run the business and do not have a funnel person.
- You want the list sorted, so you talk only to the ones worth a call.
What happens on the call
Thirty minutes with the Optimus team. No deck. We read your application before the call, so it starts with your list: what it has been offered, what it bought, and which rungs of the ladder you already have. We walk the ladder against your offers and tell you whether this is something we can help you build in house. If it is, we work out the right way to work together, and you decide after the call, not on it. If it is not, you leave with the playbook and a straight answer about why. We do not promise what your list will do, a revenue number, a date, or that we take everyone who applies.
Questions
What is the ladder, and who runs it? The order of offers, the second offer after the no, the bump and the upgrade at checkout, the thank-you page that sorts buyers, and the warm ads that prove each offer before the list sees it. Your list, your offers, your accounts, your team running it: agents do the sending and you read what came back. Brad helps you build that capability in house; the call is to see whether he can help you do it on your list.
Do I need a new product? No. The ladder is the offers you already have, in a line: the free thing, the small thing, the add-on at checkout, the upgrade for the difference, the smaller ask after the no, and the page with three questions at the end. If a rung is missing, the call is where we find out which one.
Will you email my list before anything is proven? No. Ads first, the list second. The list is the expensive asset and you cannot buy it back, so each offer proves itself to warm people on Meta at $20 a day before the list ever sees it. If the ads die, the list never knew.
What if it is not a fit? You still hear from us, with where to start. Usually that is the free Downsell Playbook: the same ladder in five short lessons with a do-this-today at the end of each. If you are solo, a consultant, a coach, or a small agency under five, that is Category of One.
